The head of Iran's nuclear program has condemned the attack on the Natanz uranium enrichment site as a "despicable" act aimed at sabotaging nuclear talks.
Satellite images show Iran has begun construction of a new underground uranium enrichment site in Natanz, after an explosion destroyed its previous facility in July.
