Iran's former president Mohammad Khatami called on the Islamic Republic leaders to apologize to the people for shortcomings and he offered his own apologies.
The side-lined former Iranian president Mohammad Khatami has written a 37-page letter to Ali Khamenei asking him for talks with the United States abd help for Iran's reformists.
