47 Percent Rise of Food Prices in September

Iran’s national statistics bureau announced that the prices of consumer products in September have increased almost 33 percent compared to the September of last year. During the same period of time, the price of food items has increased by 47 percent.

The official inflation rate is announced at 13.4 percent.
