Security Forces Prevented People from Attending Mosaddegh’s Anniversary

 

On the anniversary of Mohammad Mosaddegh’s death, social media users published photos showing the security forces preventing people from attending the event.

According to the reports, police forces prevented some citizens and members of the national front from entering Ahmad Abad village, which is Mosaddegh’s resting place.

According to the footage, the vehicles of citizens going to Ahmad Abad was stopped by the police forces and forced to turn around.

Mosaddegh was a prime minister of Iran under the previous regime who nationalized the oil industry.
