In an Interview with Iran International

Brian Hook: We Side with the Iranian People Instead of the Regime

In an exclusive Interview with Iran International's Elnaz Kiani at the United Nations in New York, Brian Hook, the chairman of "Iran Action Group" clarified that the United States is not after a regime change in Iran, and that is up to the Iranian people.

"We have very clear messages to the Iranian regime: To stop engaging in their various threats that they present to the middle east."

He added: "We want to see changes in their behavior. The future of Iran is up to the Iranian people. What we have done, which is different from the prior American administration, is to stand and side with the Iranian people, instead of siding with their regime. The United States government made a huge mistake."
