Trump: Khamenei must be very careful with his words!
In response to Ali Khamenei’s recent comments during the Friday prayer, President Trump tweeted: “He must be very careful with his words.”
President Trump tweeted on Friday night: “The so-called “Supreme Leader” of Iran, who has not been so Supreme lately, had some nasty things to say about the United States and Europe.” He added: “Their economy is crashing, and their people are suffering. He should be very careful with his words!”
In his Friday prayer sermon, Ali Khamenei once again identified the United States as the enemy and claimed that the IRGC missile attack on a US base in Iraq which caused no American deaths was a heavy slap in the face of the Americans.
Khamenei also said that the enemy is trying to cover up the death of Qassem Soleimani by taking advantage of the Ukrainian plane incident.
The leader of the Islamic Republic called American officials “clowns” who don’t know who the real Iranian people are.
President Trump later tweeted on Friday: “The noble people of Iran—who love America—deserve a government that's more interested in helping them achieve their dreams than killing them for demanding respect. Instead of leading Iran toward ruin, its leaders should abandon terror and Make Iran Great Again!”
He then made the same tweet in Persian.
