The New List of U.S Sanctions Include Fatemiyoun Army and Fars Air

The U.S treasury announced the new sanctions imposed against four companies connected to Qods Force and Mahan Airline.

According to Reuters, Air Qeshm, Fatemiyoun Army, Zainabiyoun Army, two Boeing 747 airplanes, Fars Air in Qeshm, and "Flight Travel" agency in Yerevan (connected to Mahan Air) were put on the list of U.S sanctions.

Reuters also reported that Iran Air’s permission to use German airspace has also been revoked.

On the other hand, American authorities announced on Thursday, January 24, that after persuading Germany to ban Mahan Airline, now they intend to persuade France to do the same.

German authorities announced that the reason for their decision was the fact that Mahan airplanes have been carrying equipment and military personnel to Syria and other conflict regions of the middle east.
